Content Change Analysis on Nurser´s Activies in Docter´s prescriptions

Abstract
|
|
|
The study is a destrptive research to content change analysis on nurser´ s activities in doctor´s prescription during ten years by investigation to components of doctor´s prescriptions
The subjects for this study were 4921 doctor´s prescriptions for 174 leuckemia patients admitted in P University Hospital.
Data were gatients from 20th. August 1989 to 22th, September, 1989 through investigator´s visiting Recording room.
Collected data were analyzed by percentage and X°-test Test result of this were summarized as follows
1. According to the components of doctor´s prescriptions, the highest frequency of proposition was seen of medication(96.1%) and the lowest frequency of proposition was seen of special test(3.4%).
2. Analyzed to the components of doctor´s prescription, medication were made of regular order and prn order, laboratory were made of exemination name and time, vital sign were made of body temperature, pulse, respiratory and BY, diet were made of NPO, liquid diet and regular diet, activities were made of ABR, bed rest & ST position, nursing were made of oral care, anal care, skin preparation, 1/0, 02 inhalation and cold compress, special test were made of a care in bone marrow aspiration
3. Comparision of prn order in medication, skin prepartion and cold compress per the first half years and the second half years was different significanlty(p(.05)
4.For management guide in leuclmria patient, there were nursing, diet, activity, vital sign and care in special test
